Reporting an error

Use the contact form and choose "Report a correction", or write to the publication''s contact address once it has been published on this site. Please include the article, the specific passage, and the source you believe is correct.

What happens next

1. We check the claim against the cited source and against the provider''s current documentation.
2. If the article is wrong, we fix it and add a dated correction note to the article.
3. If a claim is unverifiable, we remove it rather than soften it.
4. Where a correction changes the substance of an article, the revision date is updated.
